Getting Started

How ScriptBull works

ScriptBull is a marketplace where developers list scripts, themes, and plugins for sale, and buyers browse, purchase, and download them instantly after checkout.

Creating your account

Click Sign In in the top menu, then "Create one" to register with your email. You can browse and buy right away; selling requires the extra Become a Seller step.

Buyer dashboard vs Seller dashboard

Every account starts as a buyer, with a dashboard for purchases, downloads, and saved items. Once you become a seller you get a second, separate Seller Panel for listings, orders, and payouts.

Common terms

"License" is what you're allowed to do with a purchased file (Regular vs Extended). "Payout" is a withdrawal of your seller balance. An "order number" identifies one specific purchase.

For Sellers

Becoming a seller

Open Become a Seller from the top menu and confirm — your account upgrades instantly, no waiting period, and the Seller Panel unlocks right away.

Uploading your first listing

From the Seller Panel choose Add Product, fill in the title, description, price, and screenshots, then attach the file buyers will download. It goes live once saved.

Supported file types

Any zip, script, or plugin bundle works. Tag the languages/frameworks inside it (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, etc.) so buyers can filter by file type in search.

Updating a listing's files

Edit the listing and upload a new file — the old one is replaced automatically, and every past buyer gets notified that a fresh version is ready to download.

Answering buyer questions

Questions asked on your item page show up for you to answer right there — buyers see your reply publicly under the question.

For Buyers

Buying a product

Open any listing and choose Buy Now or Add to Cart, pick Regular or Extended license, then complete checkout with a supported payment method.

Regular vs Extended license

Regular license covers a single end product for yourself or one client. Extended license allows use in a product you'll resell or distribute more broadly — check each listing's price for both.

Finding your downloads

Go to My Purchases in your buyer dashboard — every completed order has a Download button that stays available even if the seller updates the file later.

Contacting a seller

Open the product you bought and use the Questions tab, or open a support ticket from your purchase if it's about that specific order.

Payments & Payouts

How checkout payments work

Payments are processed through our supported gateways at checkout — ScriptBull never stores your full card details.

How seller earnings work

Every sale credits your seller balance minus the platform commission shown on your dashboard, visible immediately after the order completes.

Withdrawing your balance

From the Seller Panel, open Payments and choose a payout method to request a withdrawal of your available balance.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by our team from the order record when something's broken or not as described — reach out via a support ticket and we'll take a look.

Account & Security

Changing your password

Go to Settings in your dashboard and use the Change Password card — you'll need your current password to confirm the change.

Updating your profile

Your name, photo, bio, and contact details can all be edited from Settings; sellers also manage their public store info there.

Keeping your account safe

Use a unique password, never share your login or API key, and reach out immediately if you notice activity you don't recognize.

Switching between buyer and seller

Sellers can switch back to a plain buyer account at any time from Settings — your listings stay in place if you switch back later.

Developer & API

Connecting your own tools

Sellers can generate an API key from Settings to pull their listings, check a single product, or verify an order number from their own code.
